Greg J. Rautenstrauch

A graduate of Mercyhurst College (B.A., 1979), Rautenstruach began his career as a Project Coordinator for a residential developer. His duties included the coordination of site design, development criteria, architectural review, engineering, land planning and governmental approvals for a 600 unit residential development. He continued his career as a Vice President and Franchise Manager for Ryan Homes of South Carolina, with responsibilities including all aspects of site acquisition, marketing, financing and constructing numerous residential developments in and around Charleston, SC.

Desirous of returning to his roots in Florida, Gregg left Ryan homes to become a Project Manger with a small commercial shopping center developer. Through this experience, there, he honed his skills in the means and methods of commercial general construction.

Gregg joined Kennedy Contractors, Inc. in 1992 as a Project Manager and is currently a Vice President. He leads the Company’s industrial/service station segment building projects from gasoline/convenience stores to rural and urban, downtown, high rise electrical substations. He is a licensed, Florida Real Estate Broker and licensed Florida General Contractor. Greg is an “empty nester” and a boater, leaving him plenty of time to pursue his passions of fishing and hunting. If he is not in the office, you will usually find him with his wife, rod in his hand.
